BUTCHER LAMBS

My butcher lambs are well muscled and show quality. If you are looking to put lamb in the freezer we have a couple different affordable options.

Raise Your Own

If you are interested in raising your own lambs for the freezer or just pasture pets, you won't find a better deal anywhere else.  $150 each!  Lambs will be available July-September after show lambs have been selected. You can view all avaailable lambs on the Show Lamb page.  (Contact about availability of lambs).

I Raise For You

If you are unable to raise livestock or prefer not to, I can do it for you!  I charge a flat rate of $175 per lamb.  All lambs are raised and finished on pasture, alfalfa/grass hay, and grain.  They will be ready to butcher 135-150 lbs as a yearling.  After many reviews from customers and family, along with taste tests done by American Lamb, butchering lambs when they become a yearling has proven to have better flavor and larger cuts. I can deliver to local butchers in LaCrosse and Garfield, WA. I can also deliver to a local butcher in Moscow, ID.  I will let you know the date they are taken in and you will be responsible for contacting the butcher about cuts, paying the butchering fee, and picking it up when it is done.
